Booking Your Wedding Flowers
Brides to be visit from all over the Midlands and South west for consultations with Stacey-Anne because they are uninterrupted and personal to you where you can browse her portfolio and magazines, with consultations generally lasting up to an hour.
Stacey-Anne has a home-based purpose built workshop with all the equipment needed to keep your flowers in top condition, with insurance and helpers when needed, so there is no need to worry about anything going wrong!
Because we do not operate from a retail outlet, we can keep costs low, meaning you get the best deal possible. Most of our flowers are obtained direct from the grower which means your arrangements are fresher and last longer than from many other florists who use wholesalers. We are also increasing our range of home-grown flowers!
We advise that you arrange a free consultation to discuss your exact requirements, usually once you have chosen bridesmaids dresses or a colour scheme. Ideally this would be at least 6 months before your wedding, and can be arranged for any weekday, evening or weekend. We offer two FREE and private consultations per customer away from the hustle and bustle that usually goes on in the day to day running of a florist shop. Please bring along any pictures of flowers/arrangements that you like and colour samples of your wedding dress and bridesmaid's dresses if possible. Consultations take place in a relaxed, uninterrupted atmosphere where you can browse through magazines and photographs,we also have ample car parking spaces.
If you miss two consultation appointments, the third will be charged for at a cost of £15.
We do not charge any extra for Sunday or bank holiday weddings.
We currently offer a discount of £20% for weddings occurring Tuesday through Thursday. This offer does not apply during the Christmas season, Mother's Day week or Valentine's Week.
A non-refundable initial payment of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure the date. Full payment is required 2 weeks before your wedding. Your flowers will be delivered to the appropriate venues in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire or Warwickshire. Delivery to Gloucestershire is free (on orders over £200) for up to 2 different addresses, a delivery charge applies to other areas based on travelling distance, this will be no more than £65.

We only cater for a maximum of two weddings per weekend, so please book far in advance to avoid disappointment.
To book, you don't need to have decided what flowers you would like, just a certainty that you want Flowerworks to provide your flowers for your special day. A payment of £50 is required to confirm your booking to ensure that your date is kept clear in our calender just for you.
Payment can be made in the following ways:

Online payment by credit or debit card. Your bank statement will show as payment from F Works Glos.
* By cheque payable to Flowerworks and posted to 43 Hawthorne Avenue, Abbeydale, Gloucester, GL4 4QB. Please include your name, address, email, phone no and wedding date.
* In person or by phone using a credit/debit card
* By cash if you visit for a consultation.
