How do I buy items?
Browse the items in the categories listed on the left-hand side of the page, or use the search facility. When you find an item you would like to buy, check the price and then click the Add to Basket button.
You will be redirected to the Paypal secure payment transaction service and asked to confirm the amount to be deducted from your account and enter your credit/debit card account details.
Delivery
When ordering online, the web site will automatically calculate your delivery charge based on the delivery address that you enter. There is a minimum order value of £25.
Local Delivery
Delivery is free to the Gloucestershire area. Your order will be express delivered directly to you by Flowerworks and can be dispatched the next day when you order online.
It is usually possible to deliver your order for same day delivery free to Gloucestershire, subject to availability. If you require this service, please
contact us.
UK & Worldwide Delivery
You can choose the date of delivery from the next day, up to 6 months in advance.
The delivery charge outside of Gloucestershire is £5 per order and your order will be relayed to a florist in the delivery area, through the Florist2Florist network.
It is usually possible to deliver your order for same day delivery for an extra £5, subject to availability. If you require this service, please
contact us.
Cancellations and Returns
As all of our products are made to order, it is not generally possible to cancel or return an order. It may be possible to cancel if we have not yet ordered supplies for the order, please contact us to find out. If there is something wrong with your order, please return it and we can discuss alternative arrangements.
