Delivery

When ordering online, the web site will automatically calculate your delivery charge based on the delivery address that you enter. There is a minimum order value of £25.

All orders are subject to availability. We will notify you and refund your payment if we are unable to meet your requirements.

Local Delivery

You can choose the date of delivery from the same day, up to 6 months in advance. Delivery is free to the Gloucestershire area within the week. Saturday deliveries cost £5.80 and Sunday deliveries are £8.50. Your order will be express delivered directly to you by Flowerworks. Same day delivery is available up to 10pm and will add an extra £2.95 to your order total.

UK & Worldwide Delivery

You can choose the date of delivery from the same day, up to 6 months in advance. Same day delivery will add an extra £2.95 to your order total.
The delivery charge outside of Gloucestershire is as follows:
UK Weekday: £7.95
UK Saturday: £10.80
UK Sunday: £13.50
Worldwide Weekday: £10
Worldwide Saturday: £15.80
Worldwide Sunday: £18.50

Your order will be relayed to a florist in the delivery area, through the iFlorist network.

Cancellations and Returns

As all of our products are made to order, it is not generally possible to cancel or return an order. It may be possible to cancel if we have not yet ordered supplies for the order, please contact us to find out. If there is something wrong with your order, please return it and we can discuss alternative arrangements.
