Our Wedding Services

As well as providing flowers for you and your bridesmaids to hold and arrangements for the ceremony and reception venues, we also provide a full wedding service. This covers all manner of things from balloons to buttonholes. Our prices are very reasonable and we do not charge extra for labour or delivery.
We cater for all styles such as vintage, glam, fresh, gothic, funky, country, elegant and sophisticated.

Fresh & Silk Flowers

All of our floral arrangements are available in fresh or silk flowers. There are both the same price. Although silk flowers are more expensive to buy than fresh, the costs of preparing and looking after fresh flowers makes up for this.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both types of flower:
* Silk flowers will last forever but do not have the scents that fresh flowers have
* Fresh flowers are much lighter, for example in a bridal bouquet they will be much easier to carry
* Silk flowers are often not ideal for very small or delicate arrangements
* Silk flowers are much more sturdy than fresh flowers and will take more brutality, for example when being carried by a young child

Colour Matching

We will find or dye your flowers to match the exact colour of your dress, your bridesmaids dresses, table linen or any other colour you have chosen as part of your wedding. Just bring a sample along to your consultation

Venue Decoration

Our Venue Decoration service covers all manner of things including wedding cake decorations, bridal car, pew ends, alter flowers, decorated marquee poles, helium balloons and banners in your function room.

We can provide certain more expensive items for hire to help you cut down your costs.

If your venue is arranging your flowers, please be aware of exactly what you are getting- make sure the colours and varieties of flowers match the rest of your wedding and make sure they are prepared by a florist who will pay attention to removing thorns and pollen, etc.

Table Accessories

Get accessories for your tables and venue room, including table sparkles, fairy lights, favours, party poppers, disposable cameras, table numbers and place cards

Gifts

It is important to thank the mothers of the bride and groom and any other members of the party who have helped with the wedding preparations. We provide aqua packed gift bouquets, with their own water supply to last without any care throughout the wedding day, starting from just £15. Bouques come with a care pack and can be placed on the top table to add extra decoration or presented during speeches. For something different, offer a gift box or a vase arrangement.

Flower Fashion

The latest trends in wedding flowers are followed closely by Flowerworks, and we will always let you know what’s hot and what’s not.

Spring/Summer: Roses are going to be everywhere, especially in pinks and whites. Attention to detail is key, with diamantes and feathers.

Autumn/Winter: Plenty of dark red and white is around, giving a festive feel. Whilst the hand tied bouquet has been very popular until now, the cascading bouquet is taking over and providing a bold focal point.
