By entering your email address on our web site you are agreeing for us to contact you by email. We will not pass on your details to any third party.
Gifts
If you have a complaint about short product life, evidence of the condition of the flowers must be shown. Please contact us on the day that the flowers deteriorate and we will inspect them and replace them if they are deemed in poor condition. We generally expect flowers to last at least 3 days.
Care Information
Do not untie hand tied flowers, remove cellophane and cut 1cm off ends of stems. Place arrangement in a vase that has been cleaned with bleach and rinsed.
Add the flower food provided to vase containing at least ½ litre of water, flowers should be in water up to tying point.
Keep away from sunlight, draughts, heat, radiators, fruit and kitchens.
Keep out of reach of children and animals, some plants are toxic or cause skin irritations.
Replace water every 3 days
If properly cared for, you can expect your flowers to last 3-10 days depending on the type of flower and weather conditions
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order
If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm details. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.
Your right to return products does not apply to perishable goods such as fresh flowers.
Changes to Legal Notices
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
Substitution
For flower orders, in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value
Product Warnings!
Some products include lilies; lily pollen may stain and can be harmful to pets if ingested.
Gift Messages and Gift Wrapping
The gift message service is for your own personal and non-commercial use. You agree that any messages sent by us on your behalf to a third party will not contain anything which could be construed as harassing, threatening, vulgar, abusive, obscene, defamatory, racist or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person or are otherwise unlawful or objectionable. You also agree that you will not impersonate any person, including but not limited to any of our employees or customers. You are entirely responsible for any text or other material which you send on this message system and we accept no liability for any such content. We do not pre-screen messages, but may monitor content from time to time. We have the right to refuse to send messages and terminate access to the gift message service at any time and without liability to you.

Purchasing from our website
All items are subject to availability. Colour accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will very depending on the screen type. Information may be changed or updated without notice. We may also make improvements and/or changes to this information at anytime without notice.
Data Protection
Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you. We will occasionally contact you via e-mail with news and special offers related to us. You can opt out of these at anytime. Your details will not be passed on to anyone else.
Payment and Delivery
Payment can be made by via our website or by telephone using a credit card. We also accept payment in the shop when a collection is ordered.
Availability of goods you order
If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a complete refund of any sums that you have paid.
Delivery of goods
Our cut off time for same day delivery is 15:00. Orders placed after 15:00 will be delivered the next working day unless otherwise specified. We will endeavour to ensure that all goods are delivered on the correct day but will notify you if this is not possible.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your site?
Security is achieved using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which provides 128 bit strength encryption, making it extremely difficult for anyone to see your personal information. We also use firewalls which prevent unauthorised users accessing your information on our systems.
Delivery
Delivery is via local florist. If your delivery address is within Gloucestershire, your flowers will be delivered by Flowerworks. If outside of Gloucestershire, your flowers will be delivered by a florist selected by the Florist2Florist relay network. If nobody is at home to receive the flowers, they may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour and a message card put through the letterbox.
Cancellations and Returns
It is not generally possible to cancel an order, as for each order placed, preparation is started immediately. Please contact us if you need to change the delivery date of your order.
Weddings
Your Quote/Invoice
Although every effort will be made to meet the requirements detailed on your invoice, exact colours and flowers cannot be guaranteed, they are subject to availability from the growers. Florist judgement is used when choosing flowers and priority is given to overall appearance.
Tips & Advice
Please check with your venue that you are covered for candles, confetti, etc, as we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage.
If you are providing your own vases, etc, we recommend you provide at least one spare. We will go as careful as possible, but breakages do happen.
